Visitation: The family will greet friends from 1:30 until the time of service on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the funeral home.
Graveside Service: 2:30 P.M., Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Palo Alto Cemetery in rural Newton.
Legend's survivors include his parents, Josh and Ashley Warnell of Newton; paternal grandparents, Dale and Tammy Schmidt; maternal grandparents, Sheryel and Dan Marx; and his great-grandparents, Max and Ruby Mulligan, Esther Schmidt, Judy Anderson, and Gwen Spearing.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dean Anderson; and great-grandfathers, Carl Anderson, Paul Spearing, Sr., and Albert Schmidt.
