Tessner, Charlotte Louise – 1927–2011

Charlotte Louise Tessner, 84, the daughter of Tony and Frances Neff, was born February 20, 1927, in Chicago, Illinois. She had attended school in Chicago.
In 1964, Charlotte was united in marriage with Robert Tessner in Chicago. She had been employed by the Sara Lee Company. Charlotte lived in Chicago and Mountain Home, AR, prior to moving to the Kellogg area. She devoted her life to her family, and enjoyed fishing, her flowers, cutting grass and playing poker.
Charlotte died peacefully Friday afternoon, June 3, 2011, at her home in Kellogg. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bob; and four brothers: Ernest, Fritz, Harold and Greg.
Those left to honor Charlotte's memory include her son John Tessner of Kellogg; daughters: Cynthia Warndorf of Kellogg, and Chris Lascola of Chicago; daughter-in-law Dayle Tessner of Newton; her grandchildren: Shawn Warndorf, Sheena Warndorf, David Tessner and Christopher Lascola; several nieces and nephews; and her friends.
Graveside funeral services for Charlotte will be Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Newton. Pence~Reese Funeral Home in Newton, have been entrusted with the arrangements. Deacon Dan Goetz, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, is conducting the services. A visitation with the family will be held at the funeral home, Tuesday, after 9 a.m., just prior to the graveside services.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Charlotte's name are being designated.
