Services for Arminda Smith 88, of Colfax who died of cancer Wednesday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Howard Street Christian Church here. Burial will be in Colfax Cemetery.

Mrs. Smith was born in Collins, Ia. November 21, 1899 to Eldie and Squire Teed and made her home in Colfax most of her life. She retired from the Maytag Company in Newton and was a member of Pocahontas Lodge.

Survivors include a daughter Jeanntta Christensen of Des Moines, four sons; Leo of Phoenix, Az. and Norman, Darvin and Harold all of Colfax. Three brothers Orval and Roy Teed both of Colfax and Harve Teed of Searsboro, a sister Belva Ingersol of Madrid, Iowa, 17 grandchildren, and 19 great- grandchildren.

Frinds may call after noon today at Walters-Coburn Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m.
