L. P. Wilson, an old resident of Jasper County and a wealthy farmer residing near Prairie City, died suddenly Wednesday evening. He had been as well as usual that day and up to town till bedtime. The funeral of the late L. P. Wilson was held at the home, Saturday afternoon. Services were conducted by Revs. Mitchell and Riheldaffer. Those from abroad to attend the funeral were a son, Alva W., of Kansas; Mr. and Mrs. Rovaart, a daughter and husband; Mr. and Mrs. J. P.
