Duane T. Henning, former resident of Colfax, passed away March 9 in Reno, Nevada after a sudden illness. Services will be held in Reno, Nevada on Monday, March 18.
He was born August 25, 1930 to Theodore and Mildred McMahon Henning. He was a 1949 graduate of Colfax High School. He married Colleen Finley August 4, 1951. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Colleen; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Patti of Reno, Nevada; a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Al Donald of Roseville, California; a brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Sandy Henning of Colfax; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Belva Annis of Milan, Missouri, Ardyce and Wayne Blake of Simi, California, and Joyce and Bert Lawton of Langley, Oklahoma; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a brother, Dale Henning; and a brother-in-law, Herb Annis.
