Mrs. Eugenia Schooley Carnahan
Mrs. E. M. Carnahan, daughter of the late Dr. J. W. Schooley, died at Graettinger, Iowa, on Tuesday, May 26, aged 48 years. Her maiden name was Eugenia Schooley, and was born in Jasper County, Dec. 7, 1865. In 1897 she was united in marriage with Eugene M. Carnahan at Reasnor, and to them were born three children, two of whom with their father survive the wife and mother. She also leaves her mother, Mrs. E. M. Schooley of Emmetsburg, and the following brothers and sisters: - Rev. J. W. Schooley and William Schooley of Des Moines and two sisters, Mrs. Alma Roush and Mrs. Myrtle Killinger of Des Moines, one half sister, Mrs. Bert Whitcomb of Colorado. ~ Newspaper unknown.
