Andrew Anderson died at Des Moines, Monday, June 7, 1909. Deceased had been ailing for some time, but the nature of his illness was not considered serious. His sudden death, therefore, came as a shock to his wife and friends. The direct cause of his death was heart failure. Mr. Anderson was a native of Sweden, but came to this country when a mere boy.
He was united in marriage with Miss Lena Viegenschow of Kellogg about 17 years ago. After the wedding they went to Des Moines where they have lived ever since.
Deceased was a member of the Lutheran church. He was a sober and industrious man and a kind and faithful husband.
The remains were brought to Kellogg for interment. Funeral services were held at the Viegenschow home Thursday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J. G. Oltmann.
Deceased attained to an age of 52 years, 8 months and 3 days. May he rest in peace.
