Mrs. Glen (Mozelle) Bruce, 81, of 200 E. 23rd St. S., a lifelong resident of Newton, died Friday evening, Feb. 7, at the Skiff Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Reese Chapel.
Dr. Richard Bentzinger, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, will conduct services. Burial will be in the Newton Union Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Reese Funeral Home.
Survivors are her husband; a son, Merlyn of Cedar Rapids; a daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Avonne) Lamb of Newton; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and two sisters, Maurine Marshall of Newton and Mrs. John (Aileene) Madin of Newton.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Bruce was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
The daughter of Charles and Mary Henning Marshall, she was born Jan. 30, 1905 in Newton.
She was married Sept. 5, 1923 in Newton.
