CEDAR RAPIDS — Arlene Forrest, 86, of Cedar Rapids died Friday, May 1, 2009, at Mercy Hospice in Cedar Rapids.
Memorial services were held today, Monday, May 4, at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her husband, Jim of Cedar Rapids; two daughters, Dianne (Paul) Ruggle of Newton, Susan Forrest of Prairie Village, Kan., and Julie (Kurt) Muehlebach of Kansas City, Mo.; five grandchildren, Adam and Brian Ruggle, both of Iowa City and Forrest, Mary Claire and Lily Muehlebach, all of Kansas City, Mo., her sister, Evelyn Greenwood; and brothers, Don (Helen) Brunmeister and Keith (Betty) Burmeister.
