William Schwarz Dies Saturday; Services Tuesday

William H. Schwarz, 57, of Newton, died Saturday afternoon at Skiff Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

Mr. Schwarz was born March 25, 1891, north of Newton, the son of the late Frank and Augusta Schwarz of Kellogg. He spent most of his life at Kellogg and was a member of the German Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Toland Funeral Home in Newton. Rev. Fred D. Boldt, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery at Kellogg.

Music at the rites will be furnished by Mrs. Maurice Rodgers, accompanied by Mrs. Paul Murdy. Pall bearers will be Marion Williams, George Wirth, Will Braley, George Koppin, Lewis Noe and Carl Bollhiffer.

Survivors include two brothers, Charles and John of Newton; two sisters, Mary of Newton and Mrs. Bess Currey of Minneapolis, Minn.; six nephews and three nieces.
