KELLOGG - Funeral services for Warren Dean Callison, 4, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Callison, were conducted Friday afternoon at the Rushville Methodist Episcopal church by Dr. Leslie B. Logan, pastor of the Newton Methodist Episcopal church.

Music was furnished by a quartet, composed of Mrs. S. C. Morris, Mrs. Sam Barr, Howard Guthrie, and I.D. Wilson, and a soloist, Elnora Lenz. The quartet sang, "In the Sweet Bye and Bye," and "Does Jesus Care?" and Miss Lenz sang, "Asleep in Jesus." Frost Morris was the accompanist.

Alvertus and Will Morris, T. L. Birchard, and Louis Kling acted as pallbearers. Interment was in the Rushville cemetery.

Warren Dean was born Sept. 23, 1930, at the Skiff hospital in Newton and died Jan. 9, 1935, at the University hospital in Iowa City. Death was due to erysipelas and a throat infection.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Wayne Eugene, 3; a baby sister, Norma Jeanne; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Erville Callison and Mr. and Mrs. Willard Benson, and a great grandmother, Mrs. Emily Dennis.
