David E. Kreager, Former Resident, Dies in Colorado

David Earl Kreager, 38, of Denver, Colo., a longtime resident of Newton, died Wednesday in Denver.

Wallace Funeral Home in Newton is handling arrangements which have not been completed.

Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Kreager of Newton; his sister, Mrs. Terry (Linda) Otto of Mount Vernon; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kreager of Baxter.

The son of Morris M. and Avis M. Polhamus Kreager, he was born Aug. 15, 1940 in Cambridge, Mass., and attended Newton schools. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, November 1978
