PERRY - Funeral services for Ray Ivan Ringgenberg, 94, of the Lutheran Home in Perry, father of Norman Ringgenberg of Newton, were held Friday, May 4, at the Lutheran Home.

The Rev. Charles Compton, pastor of the Perry Bible Church, conducted services.

Military rites were conducted by American Legion Post 85 of Perry at Polk City Cemetery.

Hastings Funeral Home in Perry handled arrangements.

Also surviving are two other sons; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchilren; a brother; two sister; and a number of nieces and nephews. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, May 1990
