WAUKEE - Carrie Diamond White of Waukee, a former resident of Newton, died Sunday evening, June 20, at the Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines.

Among survivors is a brother, Dean Diamond of Newton.

WAUKEE - Graveside rites for Carrie Diamond White, 62, of 1235 E. 37th St., Waukee, a former resident of Jasper County, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, at the Waukee Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Fisher Funeral Home in Adel after 6 p.m. today.

Memorials to the American Cancer Society will be accepted.

Survivors are her husband, Clifford; a daughter, Cathy Miller of Des Moines; a son, Gary of Waukee; a sister, Lavica White of Waukee; three brothers, Dean Diamond of Newton, Arthur Diamond of Bowling Green, Ky., and Dale Diamond of Tucson, Ariz.; and four grandchildren.

Mrs. White was a waitress for Pizza Hut.
