Vandalena Stallcup, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thompson Stallcup, was born in Brazil, Ind. on March 2, 1843, and died Dec. 8, 1939.

She married John P. Johnston on March 1, 1864.

Burial, Westview Cemetery.

Lived south of Prairie City.
