Mary Catherine Hall, daughter of George B. and Nancy Gandy Hall, was born March 30, 1851, in Preston County, Virginia, and died Nov. 9, 1937.

She was married to Alfred H. Phelps on Feb. 11, 1869.

Burial in Westview Cemetery.
