Elizabeth Jane Stauffer was born in Wooster County, Ohio, May 14, 1866, and died Nov. 22, 1935.

She married Fletcher Van Gilder in 1881, who died 1890.

She married J. W. Giles on March 21, 1901.

Burial in Waveland Cemetery.
