Lewis Main, son of Cary Allen and Matilda Main, was born in Hillsboro, Ohio, Nov. 3, 1858, and died Sept, 9 1935, in Colfax.

He was married to Mary E. Gilbert, Nov. 27, 1882.

Burial, Prairie City.
