William Edward Roberts, son of John and Elizabeth Murrell Roberts, was born near Roseville, Warren County Ia., Feb. 9, 1858, and died July 6, 1935, in Prairie City.

He was married to Mary Margaret Main on Jan. 20, 1881.

Burial in Waveland Cemetery.
