Narcisca Vashti Moon, daughter of Nathan and Mahala Moon, was born in Martinsville, Ohio, Feb. 10, 1848, and died about eight miles south of Prairie City, Dec. 22, 1935.

She married William Cowman on August 30, 1866,

Burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
