Forrest Albert Goodspeed, son of Wesley and Jessie Goodspeed, was born near Tracy, Ia. on November 30, 1892, and died May 21, 1934, in Des Moines.

He married Helen McClure on Nov. 24, 1915.

Services were held at Knoxville.
