W. O. Rule, of Ottawa, Kansas, died July 24, 1933. He was born August 28, 1850 at Elmira, Ill., the son of Robert and Charlotte (Oliver) Rule.

Married Anna Kay on Sept. 22, 1869.

Burial in the Highland Cemetery at Ottawa.
