Walter Scott Parker, son of Sydney and Margaret Ann Roberts Parker, born in Vernon, Ia. on July 17, 1860, and died in P. C. on March 6, 1932.

On July 21, 1887, he was married to Carrie C. Cilley, at P.C.

Burial in the Westview Cemetery.
