Carl Waggoner, son of Chauncey and Martha Waggoner, was born in Jasper County, Iowa February 16, 190 (?), and died December 6, 1926 at Altoona, Iowa.

Surviving are his mother and father, one sister and one brother, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Simbro of Prairie City; also his fiancee Miss Ruth Weaver.

Burial at Prairie City Cemetery.
