Joe Boid Shera, son of Henry Shera was born in Mahaska Co., Iowa in the fall of 1879 and died July 20, 1925, age 28 years, 8 months, 19 days at Altoona.

His father died three months ago.

Leaves his fiancee, his mother, two sisters and four brothers - Mrs. Henry DeJoode of Prairie City, B. F. Shera of Calhan, Colorado, C. H. Shera of Altoona, Emory, Frances, Daniel Hugh and Helen Margaret of Altoona.
