Ivan Ray Knotts, son of H. E. and Myrtle Knotts, was born at Swan, Iowa February 5, 1899 and died January 12, 1925 at Des Moines.

Married Amelia Rodda January 11, 1922.

One son. Also leaves a father and mother, a brother, Auston Knotts of Beech, Iowa and a sister, Mrs. Ivan Young, of Chillicothe, Missouri.
