Henning Family Meets at Reunion
The annual Henning reunion was held recently at the Union Hall. Sixty-five persons, representing four generations attended. The age range was eight weeks to 83 years.
Five births, three marriages and one death were reported. The day was spent visiting and playing games.
Attending from Newton were: Chairperson Betty Stafford: Alberta, Arden and Richie Meyer; James and Wanda Henning; Chris and Ryan Morrow; Rod Walker; Richard and Juanita Henning; Diana Bradley; Mary Ann, Danny and Jessica Hawkins; Tiffany McDaniel; Diana, Liana and Paula Wagner; Elle Henning; Jimmy Neal; Rosemary Henning; Tamara and Sara Waldman; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hasselbrink and Carolyn.
Colfax residents in attendance were: Mr. and Mrs. Ted Henning; Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Henning; Mr. and Mrs. Darrell R. Henning and Tammy; Mr. and Mrs. Herb Annis; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Brant, Amy, Gary and Joseph; Michael and Jim Lawton; Vickie and James Martin.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Henning and Jimmy of Kellogg also attended. Others present were from Bernard, Silvis, Ill.; Gallatin, Tenn.; Houston, Texas; and Long Beach, Calif.
