Married 50 years, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Starr are shown looking through the guest book they received, along with the many other gifts and flowers in front of them, at the observance of their golden wedding anniversary last week. Clarence, a Maytager for almost 30 years and now employed in P1 assembly, and the former Ethel Hallam were married Feb. 3, 1904, in Winterset, Ia. they have two sons, Merle of Newton, formerly of the Coreroom, and Berle of Indianola, and six grandchildren. ~ The Maytag Bulletin, Newton, Iowa.
