Jones – De Reus Wedding 1932

January 7, 1932, Miss Beryl Jones and Mr. William DeReus were united in marriage, the ceremony being performed at Newton. The service was read by Rev. Logan at the Methodist church and they were attended by his brother, Henry DeReus and wife.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jones and for a time attended the Colfax schools. She has been assisting her mother in the home and will make a capable and charming helpmate for her husband.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry DeReus living south of Colfax on the farm. He is a capable farmer and is assisting his father on the home place.
They are making their home with his parents for the present.
