NEWTON MURDER TRIAL FOR OCTOBER DOCKET
(NEWTON UP)--The trial of Mose E. Simpson, 49, railroad section foreman at Kellogg, on charges of murder has been set for October 20. Simpson pleaded innocent Friday to a charge of fatally shooting Richard Mulbrook, 36, Kellogg farmer, at Kellogg August 22.
