David Prendergast and Bill Grimes, both of paint - Joint initial award of $20.04 ($10.02 each) for their idea to sand dryer door and liner to remove all glue and then reassemble it. Previously when a standard dryer door would come unglued from the liner, both were scrapped. ~ The Maytag Bulletin, February 11, 1965
