NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN TO ALL WHOM
IT MAY CONCERN:

That an instrument purporting to be
the Last Will and Testament of A. A. Southern, deceased, has been filed in
this office, has been opened and ready by
the Clerk of this Court, and that the same will be offered for probate in open
Court, at Newton, Jasper County, Iowa, on the 12th day of August A. D. 1957 at 9:00 o'clock A. M.,
and that unless objections are properly made to said instrument on or before said date, the same will be accepted, approved,
and confirmed, and duly admitted to probate by said Court.
