Announce Engagement of Ramona Heffner

In the society section of the Sunday Des Moines Register appeared a picture of Miss Ramona Heffner with the announcement of her betrothal to Wilber Oliver Carthey, son of Mrs. Christine H. Carthey of Davenport. The wedding will take place in the late spring. The bride-to-be is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Heffner of Webster City. She is a sister of Mrs. P. L.
