JONES, E. C.
Farmer; Sec. 1; P. O. Greencastle; born in Ontario Co., N. Y. in 1818; removed to Wayne Co., Ohio in 1821; thence to Lee Co., Iowa in 1847; thence to California in 1852; returned to Jasper Co. in 1866. Has 152 1/2 acres of land, valued at $50 per acre. He married Mrs. Margaret RAWSTERN in 1867. She was born in England in 1828. They have four children - Sarah, Mary, Eliza and Elias. Republican. Holds the office of Township Trustee.
