DOWNS, David T.; Farmer; Sec. 31; P. O. Newton; was born in Jefferson Co., Ohio, March 26, 1836; came to this county in 1869; owns eighty-five acres of land, valued at $25 per acre. His wife, Anna O'HARRAH, was born in Ireland March 18, 1839; they were married Sept. 25, 1857; have eight children - Jennie, Julia, Eva, Clara, Lettie, Waltor, Forrest and Maud.
