Farmer and Stock-grower; Sec. 28; P. O. Prairie City; born in Monroe Co., N. Y. in 1830; came to Jasper Co. in 1867; has 160 acres of land, valued at $55 per acre. Married Miss Sarah GILBERT in 1867; she was born in Carter Co., Ky. in 1848. They have two children - Olive and Johnnie.
