Farmer; Sec. 19; P. O. Prairie City; born in Clearfield Co., Penn. in 1848; came to Mahaska Co., Iowa in 1857; to Jasper County in 1866. Has 320 acres of land, valued at $55 per acre. Married Miss Asneth ADKINS in 1871; she was born in Genesee Co., Illinois in 1854. They have three children - Maud A., Clarence D. and Henry E.
