BARKER, Richard
Farmer; P. O. Colfax; born in Pennsylvania in 1802; came to Washington, N.Y. in 1812; thence to Ohio in 1835; thence to Indiana in 1839. Owns his residence in Colfax. Married Miss Ann ROWE in 1825; she was born in Madison Co., N.Y. in 1805. They have seven children - Elizabeth, Mary, Mariah, William, Ann, Eliza, Rebecca, Syble and James Z. Are members of the M. E. Church. Mr. Barker is a retired farmer.
