Farmer; Sec. 7; P. O. Kellogg; born in Indiana Co., Penn., Dec. 17, 1825; owns 227 acres of land, valued at $30; came to this county in 1867. His first wife, Barbara Etta ANDERSON; they were married Feb. 10,1848; had three children-Garrett, born Feb. 10, 1849; William A., July 15, 1851; Hannah J., Feb. 8, 1854. Married second wife, Ruth MILLER; she was born June 26, 1833; married Nov. 13, 1855; children-James Miller, Oct. 23, 1863; Sherman, July 5, 1867; Jacob, Oct. 14, 1868; Henrietta, Sept. 13, 1871; Jemima, Nov. 7, 1872; Robert, April 29, 1878.

Note: Transcriber's note: Almost all other entries in this book give the value of land on a per acre basis, ranging from $20-45 per acre.
