DeGARMO, Wilson
Farmer; Sec. 10; P. O. Kellogg; was born in West Virginia July 15, 1833, and came to this county in March, 1871; owns 160 acres of land, valued at $25 per acre. His wife, Louisa McNEAL, was born in Indiana Oct. 18, 1833; they were married Oct. 18, 1858, and have four children-Jessie May, born Jan. 19, 1868; Jane, Nov. 18, 1870; Charles W., Nov. 3, 1871; Lutie P., Jan. 23, 1876. Mr. DeGARMO enlisted in Co. H, 33d Iowa V. I., Aug. 9, 1862, and was in the battle of Saline River or Jenkins' Ferry, and was wounded there; served three years.
