SCHNATHORST, Fred
Farmer; S. 35; P. O. Newton, born in Germany May 1, 1826. Married Caroline HOOK in Germany in 1850. She was born in Germany in 1826. They have seven children - Caroline, Ernestine, Fred, Henry, Anna, Charles and Maggie. Has 350 acres of land, valued at $25 per acre. Moved to Wisconsin in 1857; remained twenty years; thence to Iowa in 1878. Mr. and Mrs. S. are members of the Evangelical Church.
