Postmaster, Kellogg; born in Hamilton Co., Ind., in 1837; moved to Tama Co., Iowa, in 1853; thence to this county in 1868. Married Miss E. M. BAILEY in 1857; she was born in Ohio in 1837; their children are Harriet, I., Elmer E. and Lora E. Are members of the Methodist Church; Republican in politics.
