Wagon maker and repairs; Kellogg; born in Richland Co., Ohio, in 1821; moved to Adams Co., Ill., in 1825, thence to Andrews Co., Mo., in 1841; returned to Adams Co., Ill., in 1847; located in this county in 1856. Married L. PARDAN in 1843; has one child by that marriage, being William S.; Mrs. FERGUSON died in 1856; married his second wife, Margaret MONON, in 1857; she was born in Ohio; three children-- Louisa, Lucinda and V. S. G. Are members of the Christian Church; Greenbacker in politics.
