DIED-

WHITMORE-Mrs. Marietta Whitmore, wife of Benjamin Whitmore of Bridgeport, on Tuesday evening September 3, 1878, aged thirty years, one month and twenty days.

Mrs. Whitmore was a daughter of Mr. Hamilton Patterson, was a most affectionate wife and mother and leaves four children to mourn her demise. She was beloved by all her acquaintances, and was one of the most exemplary domestic mothers in the neighborhood. Mr. Whitmore has the sympathy of all, in this, his sad bereavement.
