The DeWitt Observer, June 11, 1884

Mrs. Elizabeth Jenkins of Cottonville, Jackson county, died May 30th at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary A. Cain, in Maquoketa, in her sixty-seventh year. Deceased was the mother of G. W. Jenkins, editor of the Blairstown Loyalist.
