James Winter, 56, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Sunday morning, May 22, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.

A celebration of his life is pending and will be announced under the care of the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa.
