Ryan Allan Clark was born on January 15, 1986 in Maquoketa, Iowa, to Donald and Carla (Carr) Clark. He was a 2004 graduate of Midland Community High School. He married Emily Millwright on January 16, 2021 in Maquoketa, Iowa. A daughter, Teryn, was born to this union.
Following high school, Ryan had worked as welder first for Star Building Systems in Monticello, then John Deere in Moline, Illinois, and currently for Mi-T-M Company in Peosta, Iowa.
Ryan, who was affectionately known as "No Neck", was everybody's friend and easy to get along with. He inherited the signature family trait of having a can of beer with a saltshaker or olive juice on the side. He was funny and kind and loved going to truck and tractor pulls as well as spending time in the outdoors, especially going hunting, fishing, camping, and side by siding. He will be dearly missed.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Emily Clark of Monmouth, IA; a daughter, Teryn Clark at home; his parents, Donald and Carla Clark of Monmouth, IA; bonus sister, Danielle (Colton) Dirks of Martelle, IA; mother-in-law, Deb Millwright of Maquoketa, IA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kayla and Mike Goeser of Madison, WI; and numerous relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Harold and Mary Carr, paternal grandparents Wanda and Marion Clark, father-in-law Terry Millwright, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Ryan A. Clark memorial fund has been established.
