Peter Edward Stamper of Maquoketa passed away Friday September 24, 2021 at the Jackson County Regional Health Center.

Peter was born June 10, 1974 in Hamilton, Ohio to Charles and Joyce (Cook) Stamper.

He was a cook at Obie’s restaurant for many years.

Peter is survived by his fiancé Tiffany Fox, 5 children Dylan, Michael, Blake, Alyssa, and Isaac Jay, 1 sister Laura (Dallas) Burns, 2 brothers Jamie (Rhonda) Cook and Randy Stamper.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 nephew Onyx Burns.

His family has granted his wishes of a cremation. There are no services scheduled at this time.
