David E. Watters, 73, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, May 25, 2021 in Iowa City, Iowa.

A graveside service with military rites will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Sutton Cemetery, rural Maquoketa, Iowa. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family.
