Jacqueline S. (Parramore) Lang, 60, of Maquoketa, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Jackson County Regional Medical Center. A memorial visitation will be Monday, February 22, 2021 at Hachmann-Mier Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Bellevue. Inurnment will be at a later date in 1st Presbyterian Cemetery in Bellevue.
Facemasks will be required and please respect social distancing during the visitation.
Jackie was born February 18, 1960 in Chinon, France to Hozell and Connie (Lee) Parramore. She graduated from Killeen Texas Public High School in 1978. Jackie married Roger “Doc” Lang in 2001. She worked at McDonald’s 1996 – 2009. Jackie loved playing BINGO, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Roger “Doc” Lang; her parents Hozell and Connie Parramore; siblings, Dixie (Dan) Valant and Karen Parramore; children, Courtney (DJ Glaser) Edens, Daniel (Sharice) Parramore, Brittany (Anthony) McDonald, and Joe (Courtnay) McDonald; grandchildren, Angela, Chris, Amber, Alayna, Sienna, Wrigley, Karlynn, and Kody; great-grandchildren, Taylan, Noah, Emmaleigh, and Gunner; a niece, Kristin (Kevin) Nolen; a nephew Neal (Heather) Valant; and great niece, Joslyn and Quinn.
Jackie was preceded in death by a daughter, Temple Edens and a niece, Tory Morgan Valant.
A memorial fund has been established in Jackie’s memory.
